Carlos Falcón comes from a family that has dedicated itself to the winemaking sector since the 1950s.

Among the achievements as a winemaker at the family-run winery BODEGAS Y VIÑEDOS DON OLEGARIO is the award of the “4th best wine in the world“ from the Wall Street Journal in 2008, and specialist wine journals, such as the Wine Advocate (Robert Parker) and Wine & Spirits classified it as one of the best scoring recommended wines from the Rías Baixas.

After 20 years working at the family winery, he decided to start a new project on his own, with the marketing of Cásate Conmigo, a white wine that has Rías Baixas Designation of Origin.

The reason behind the Cásate Conmigo brand lies in the feeling of love and affection the author has towards the Albariño grape.
