In case of dispute the competent courts will be those of the city of Pontevedra.

In any case, the Pontevedra Provincial Council reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions without affecting the services contracted by users prior to their amendment, except in cases where the user has changed or modified the contracted service, in which case the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of change and/or modification will apply.
